Welcome! Your online gallery is here to make viewing, downloading, and enjoying your photos simple and stress-free. By using the gallery, you agree to the friendly terms below.

1. Access & Sharing

Your gallery may be password-protected. Please keep your link and password private and only share with people you want to see your images.
I’m not responsible for unauthorized access if your link is shared with others.

2. Copyright & Usage

All images are copyrighted by Dagan Askew Photography.
However, when you purchase digital downloads, you receive a full print release, meaning you can print your images anywhere and as many times as you’d like for personal use.

Please do not:

• Sell the images

• Edit or heavily alter them

• Use them for business or commercial purposes without written permission

Social media sharing is welcome—credit is always appreciated!

3. Proofs & Final Edits

If your gallery includes proofs, they are not fully edited. Final edits are applied only to selected or purchased images.

4. Downloads & Storage

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Please save and back up your files—galleries are only hosted for [insert time frame] and may be reactivated after expiration for a small fee.

5. Prints & Products

Prints ordered through the gallery are created by a professional lab. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All print orders are final unless the product arrives damaged.

6. Privacy

Your gallery is only visible to those with the link/password. If you have a session requiring extra privacy (e.g., boudoir), let me know and I will ensure additional protection.

7. Technical Notes

I do my best to keep the gallery running smoothly, but occasional downtime or hosting issues may occur.
